JANESHIA ADAMS-GINYARD is an Emmy-nominated actor and stuntwoman, voice actor, former professional wrestler, and impact speaker from Southern California.
She is trained in Taekwondo, fluent in American Sign Language, and a former brakeman for the U.S. National Bobsled team.
Janeshia has won three Screen Actors Guild Awards.
She has had major roles in Hollywood that span from television, commercial, and film.
Janeshia had two roles in the 2018 Marvel Studios feature film "Black Panther".
In 2021, she reprised her role as Nomble, a member of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Studios Disney+ series, "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier".
Later that year, Janeshia was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for her work on HBO’s "Lovecraft Country".
She later starred in the films "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever", "Letters at Christmas" opposite Dean Cain, and the action sci-fi film "Lunar Lockdown".
Janeshia played the role of Officer Conn on the "Grey’s Anatomy" series spinoff, "Station 19".
She was the stunt double for Aunjanue Ellis in Lee Daniel’s horror film, "The Deliverance".
Janeshia voiced the alternate universe female Eric Cartman character in "South Park: Joining the Panderverse".
She also was the character Zora, the ASL Interpreter in the third season of the ABC Emmy-winning sitcom, "Abbott Elementary".

Janeshia has several upcoming projects, including "End the Wait", a film inspired by a true story of kidney donation directed by Dean Cain.
She is a member of the SCREEN ACTORS GILD and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists National Stunt Committee and has moderated panels for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.
